Scumbug is a character in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
History
- The Insecta Trifecta - Scumbug was originally a businessman (credited as "Business Jerk") who was kidnapped by Stockman-Fly before he can meet with some people. As he is dropped into the mutagen vat containing the DNA of stag beetle and a spider, he vowed to sue Stockman-Fly. He then emerged as a stag beetle/spider mutant who Stockman-Fly enlisted into helping replenish Shredder's money vaults. He and Antrax were defeated by the Turtles, but Stockman-Fly escaped.

Scumbug can shoot webs and immobilizing goop.
