Scrag is a member of Bebop and Rocksteady's gang who is soundly defeated by the Ninja Turtles. He is later seen as a Mutant bat whilst being shot by Shredder's Retromutogen Gun, thus turning him back into a human.

- Scrag is the only mutant member of Bebop and Rocksteady's gang other than Bebop and Rocksteady themselves to appear in the Archie Comics series in his mutant form.
