Some TMNT stuff really isn't for little kids.

Savanti Juliet was the wife of Savanti Romero, who hatched an extraordinary plot to enact revenge on the Ninja Turtles for defeating Romero.

Juliet conscripted the assistance of Charlie Forté and Edgar Allan Poe into putting her plan in motion, kidnapping Casey and April to get information out of them and lure the Turtles. Upon finding Casey's car and mask left behind, the Turtles are ambushed by the whisps of famous faces from the past - Mae West, Robert E. Howard, Leonardo Da Vinci, and Bruce Lee. They take out the Turtles and knock them out. Poe also encounters Splinter out fasting in the woods and convinces him to come willingly.

The Turtles awaken, strung upside-down, as Juliet begins her ritual for revenge. Poe, finally getting the nerve to stand against her, tries to stop her but is blasted into oblivion for his efforts. The Turtles are angered at her and call her a monster; she rebukes this and calls them monsters for what they did to her husband. They have no idea who she is, and she reveals her identity to them.

Continuing the ritual, she cuts each of the Turtles with their own weapons, and then Splinter with her nails. She paints their blood in a symbol on Forté's forehead. Forté, having been entranced up until this point, demands that these "specimens" were supposed to be for his research, not her magic. In response, he too is attacked by Juliet, telling him that her ritual also calls for a "dupe".

April and Casey, now free, work on helping their friends. April erases part of Juliet's magic circle, while Casey cuts them all free. Juliet notices her spell being disrupted and blasts April in the side, then summons a host of bizarre creatures to keep them all occupied while she completes her ritual.

Noticing the disruption to the timescape, a mysterious woman appears and orders Juliet to stop. Juliet recognizes her and as she inches closer, she reaches out, and Juliet is killed, the barn collapsing. The Turtles wonder who their savior is, and it turns out to be an older Renet, now a fully-fledged timestress. She heals their wounds and departs, as the crew contemplates their latest outing.
