The police officer only identified as Sarge first appears in the 2003 animated series' episode "Things Change", with his partner, dismissing the younger cop's claims of seeing a giant turtle.
Other appearance include "Attack of the Mousers", "The Unconvincing Turtle Titan" and later in "The Shredder Strikes Back, Part 2", "The Return of Nano" and "The Christmas Aliens". In Season 4 he appears in "All Hallows Thieves" and then in "Aliens Among Us as a motorcycle officer leading the Presidential caravan.
Sarge also appears in Turtles Forever.
