Santino is a ruthless, cruel man. During the events of the film, Santino and his men stole a truck of supplies meant for a village near the Central American ruins, and even stole a boy's late-mother's necklace. While on a jungle road, they stop to remove a log, but one-by-one the men disappear. The driver, being superstitous, believes it's the 'Ghost of the Jungle', when it's actually Leonardo. Santino decides to confront the 'ghost' and Leo reveals himself. The two battle off-screen, but the supply truck mysterious returns to the villagers and the boy receives his late-mother's necklace. |

Colonel Santino is a secondary antagonist in TMNT. He was voiced by John Di Maggio.
