Sandy MacNeil was the chief of Clan MacNeil sometime in the late 1600s. A woman who was enamored with him, Elan, gave him a sword she found that had fallen from the sky. Little did she know that MacNeil was a corrupt man, and the powerful weapon only amplified his greed and malice.
Realizing she made a mistake, Elan snuck into Castle MacNeil one night whilst Sandy was passed-out drunk. Upon attempting to reclaim the sword, MacNeil awoke and stabbed her to death with it.
