History[]
Russ' Short Hairy & Surly Clothing debuted in "Mascot Melee", Raphael attempted to visit the store to purchase a new yukata for Splinter. He and his brothers were side-tracked by a fight against a gang of mascot thieves before ultimately reaching their goal.
