In After the Bomb, Rog "Tap" Stavish is a mutant tigress and a member of Dwayne Kowbird's scavenger group. Her ultimate goal is to find a husband, but with her notoriously high standards and the rarity of male tiger mutants, it's an uphill battle. While she waits for her perfect man, she occupies her time by amassing as much wealth as she can. She has several thousand Cardanian Bucks stashed in various hiding places across various forests.
Tap is an excellent combatant and often carries a spear, a rifle, and a long sword, with additional proficiency in other weapons. When she goes on midnight raids, however, she prefers to go out unarmed.
