Rodger Bumpass is an American voice actor, most commonly known for voicing Squidward Tentacles and Doctor Forrest in the Nickelodeon television series SpongeBob SquarePants. He guest-starred in the 1987 series' Season 8 finale Turtle Trek as the character Gargon.
