Rocksteady is a mutant antagonist and member of the Foot Clan appearing in the Turtles of Grayskull (mini-comics) and Turtles of Grayskull (comics). He is rarely seen without his sidekick, Bebop.
History[]
After Krang and Shredder are accidently transported to Eternia, they solidify the alliance they had begun with Skeletor. To this end, a portal was created inside Snake Mountain that connected Dimension X to Eternia. Through this portal they brought members of the Foot Clan along with mutagen and Mousers. Rocksteady, along with Bebop and Leatherhead form a trio who assist with bringing items into Snake Mountain. Belly of the Beast (Man)
