- Uh... What Was I Supposed To Be Doing? If a friendly character named Shredder is on the map, Rocksteady can use Willpower. Friendly characters named Shredder or Bebop can use Empower, but only to modify characters named Bebop or Rocksteady.
- Missed It By Thaaaat Much: Once per turn when Rocksteady misses an attack, put a Mutant Moron token on this card. Give Rocksteady a free action and remove 2 Mutant Moron tokens to remove all action tokens from another friendly character that shares a keyword.
