The Robo-Samurai of Doom was a large robotic samurai created by Stockman-Fly.

Stroke of...Genius?[]
Billing himself as the world’s most brilliant inventor, Stockman-Fly tells The Shredder that he has created an unbeatable weapon to destroy the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He proceeds to introduce a series of robots that prove to be less than impressive as Shredder easily destroys them.
Tired of wasting his time on the robots, Shredder orders his Footbots to attack and destroy the Robo-Samurai. The robot draws both of its enormous swords and swiftly lays waste to the group of Footbots. It then drops to one knee before the Shredder. Impressed by the performance, Shredder sends the Robo-Samurai out after the Turtles. The Robo-Samurai soon locates the Turtles out on a training run and attacks them.
The Turtles soon find out that the Robo-Samurai is more than formidable. While they are trying to figure out what to do, Stockman can't resist taunting them and they quickly realize who built the robot. When the Turtles start mocking Stockman, he loses his temper and switches to manual control of the Robo-Samurai. However, Stockman has no fighting martial arts training and the robot becomes awkward and slow. The Turtles attack its joints; the elbows, knees - and also the neck. Raphael strikes that spot with his sai and the robots head pops off. Shredder walks up to Stockman in time to see the Robo-Samurai defeated and chases after him.
