In the IDW continuity, Roberta is the name Bebop gave the chainsaw he used as his primary weapon while he was part of the Foot Clan.
Roberta was destroyed during Bebop and Rocksteady's street battle against the Turtles and Mighty Mutanimals in New Mutant Order, part 4, when it was shot and blown up by Nobody. After this until the end of the Vengeance arc, Bebop used other weapons or fought bare-handed.
