[Standing on the upper floor of an olive oil warehouse building, the Turtles watch a parade.]
Michelangelo "Hey, the festival’s happening, dude."
[They turn from the window. The Turtle Van is parked next to them and Splinter sits on a crate at the back of the room.]
Raphael "Aw, we’ve been hanging out in this olive warehouse all day. It’s time to join the party."
Splinter "Soon enough, my students. Donatello has almost completed his new pizza-making machine."
[On the other side of the room, Donatello is working with a large contraption.]
Donatello "This old olive press stamps out a super pizza, guys.
Look."
[The press rises to reveal a pizza.]

Michelangelo "Sure, dude. But who wants a green olive pizza?"
Leonardo "With black olive topping?"
Donatello "Hey, you can always have a black olive pizza with green olive topping."
[He adds the pizza to a stack of pizzas.]
Michelangelo "Hanging out in this olive warehouse is the pits.
Look, if it’s all the same to you dudes, I’m gonna scope out this totally tubuloso surf they have here in Lisbon."
[He lifts a grate in the floor.]

Leonardo "Right, Michelangelo. You don’t wanna miss the running of the bulls through the streets."

[Cut to the Technodrome on the Volcanic Asteroid in Dimension X.]
Krang "With this new plan, I will have the Earthlings eating out of my hand."
Shredder "Of course, Krang. If you had a hand."
Krang "Just because I'm all brain doesn't mean I don't have feelings, Shredder. Watch. By focusing the sun's rays through a series of lenses and projecting them through a giant magnifying glass, I can create a single devastating heat ray."
[He demonstrates this inside the Technodrome. The heat ray fires a shot that hits Rocksteady’s foot and sets it on fire.]
Bebop "Uh, getting a little warm for you, Rocksteady?"
Krang "Entire cities will burn like matchsticks. It's giving me a warm feeling just thinking about it."
Shredder "A lens able to produce that much heat would melt. Your brains must be getting soft, Krang."
Krang "Wrong. That just demonstrates your ignorance, Shredder.
My long-range scanners have located the only source on Earth of a special ultrasilicon sand. With it, you can grind a lens which can withstand any heat."
[He activates the monitor, which shows an image of the Earth.]

[The monitor points to a specific location.]
Krang "The bullring in Lisbon, Portugal."

[He hands over a key.]

[Rock Soldiers, Bebop, Rocksteady, and Shredder leave via a portal. Back in Lisbon, Michelangelo is standing in the underground tunnels.]
Michelangelo "Oh, a dude could get lost down here. I wonder which way the Atlantic Ocean is? I'd better find somebody and ask for directions.
Bummer. The place is deserted."
[He climbs a ladder up to the street.]

[Suddenly, there is a lot of shouting and then a lot of people go running past him.]
Michelangelo "Hey, dudes, which way to the beach?
Holy cowabunga! A stampede! Splinter said they ran the bulls through the streets, but he didn't tell me they chased turtles.
Ouch!
Keep your horns to yourself, dude."
[He hears a rumbling sound and looks back to see bulls running at him.]

[He starts running. One of the bulls catches up to him, lowers his head to strike Michelangelo and send him flying.]

[Michelangelo lands in a fountain. The bull paws the ground and snorts.]

[The bull bellows and charges, striking the brickwork around the fountain. The wall break and water floods out, taking the bull and Michelangelo with it. Michelangelo is washed through a large flood opening in the street and down to the tunnels along with a park bench.]
Michelangelo "Tubular ride.
Far out. I made it to the beach.
And I've got my surfboard.
Cowabunga!"
[The water dumps out of a large pipe overhanging the ocean.]

[The bench washes up in front of him.]

[He hops on the bench and rides the surf.]

[Not far away, April is doing a live report, with Vernon as her cameraman and Irma assisting.]
April O'Neil "This is April O'Neil, European correspondent, reporting to you from the beach outside Lisbon, Portugal. Here at Esteral, a magnificent resort hotel is being built by the McDonald/Krump organization. Now, let's take a tour of the hotel. Cut! Good, Vernon. Now, hurry and pack the gear. I wanna finish this story before they finish building the hotel."
Vernon Fenwick "Uh, if you're in such a hurry, April, why don't you carry this heavy gear?"
Irma Langenstein "Oh, Vernon, don't be such a wimp."
[Kneeling behind a truck filled with sand, Vernon begins packing the gear. Bebop and Rocksteady sneak up to the truck and climb into the cab.]
Bebop "Okay, here's a truck. Now what?"
Shredder "It's full of sand. Empty it, you nitwit!"
Rocksteady "Um, how do you do that?"
[Shoving them aside, Shredder climbs in next to the pair. He looks down at the controls, one of which reads “dump lever.”]
Shredder "Ooh! Try this. It's marked "dump lever.""
Bebop "Yeah, but we don't read "Porty-gese.""
Rocksteady "We don't read, period."
[Bebop pulls the lever. Vernon, carrying a large pack, stands up behind the truck.]
Irma "Come on, Vernon."
Vernon "Oh, now I've got sand in my shoes.

[He drops the pack to deal with his shoes and doesn’t see the truck bed moving.]

[The truckload of sand lands on Vernon.]
Irma "Look out!"
April "Vernon!"
[She and Irma begin digging at the sand. Vernon manages to pop his head out from under the sand.]
Vernon "W-what happened?"
April "Bebop. Rocksteady."
Vernon "Bebop? Rocksteady? Oh, no!"
[He ducks back down into the sand. Bebop and Rocksteady stalk the two women.]
Bebop "I never had a sandbox when I was a kid."
Rocksteady "Ooh, ooh, I had one. But my parents put quicksand in it."
[April and Irma start to run but slam into Shredder. He grabs both of them.]
Shredder "Well, well. Miss O'Neil."
Rocksteady "It's that cute Irma dame too."
Irma "Being called "cute" by Rocksteady. Now, should I take that as a compliment?"
April "Let go of me, you tin ape!"
[Michelangelo is riding a wave towards the beach.]
Michelangelo "Cowabunga!"
April "Help!"
Michelangelo "Whoa, that sounded like April.
Michelangelo to Turtles. I'm at the beach, and April's in trouble."
[He takes out his Turtlecom.]

Leonardo "We'll be there in a minute, Michelangelo."
Michelangelo "We don't have a minute, dudes. It's Shred-Head. I'm going in. Turtle power!"
[Having tied up the two women, Bebop and Rocksteady place them into the cab of the truck.]
Shredder "We'll deal with them later. We must proceed with the plan."
[Michelangelo loses his balance on the wave.]
Michelangelo "Whoa!"
[The wave throws him onto Bebop and Rocksteady and he knocks them down. The women hop out of the truck.]
April "Michelangelo. Perfect timing."
Michelangelo "You dudettes wait here. I got some business to take care of."
April "Hey! At least untie us!"
Shredder "Of all the places they could put this stupid sand. And the Turtles are here.
Stop that Turtle!"
[He gives orders to the Rock Soldiers.]

[Bebop climbs into a wrecking ball crane.]
Bebop "Hey, you don't have to read to work this thing."
[He turns the ignition and then lowers the large metal weight hooked to the crane. Michelangelo climbs a stack of metal pipes. The Rock Soldiers begin climbing up after him.]
Michelangelo "All right, dudes. It's time to rock and roll.
They thought they could get me, hoo-hoo! What a pipe dream.
Whoa!"
[He starts rolling pipes down at the soldiers. The pipes hit them, knock them to the ground, and the soldiers break.]
