In the alternate future of the Mutant Apocalypse arc, the Red Stripe Army was an entourage formed by the Ninja Turtles, their pets, the Scale Tail Clan, and the Honey Badger Ravagers (minus Verminator Rex). Its name came from the nickname of its leader, Raphael.
The goal of the Red Stripe Army was to find the Oasis, which the surviving members did at the end of Carmageddon.
