Yet another mad scientist is out to make the world unsafe for the Awesome Four! This time, Professor Polydoryus decides to destroy the city... and repopulate it with a new race of mutant fish people! To help him in his dirty work, the professor creates Ray, half fish/half human ...and all rebel! When the Turtles catch the drift of his fiendish plot, it's time to do the Turtle Boogie and clean up the city. Trouble is, the wily professor has already turned April into a fishwoman... and now they're got to find a way to turn her back into a human... and keep their head above water.
