Like the other playable characters of the game, Ray Fillet was cloned, with the "Clone Ray" joining the Clone Turtles as an ally. In the game's single-player mode, he is fought on the Ocean Planet. In two-player mode, the second player can use this palette if both players choose Ray.

Clone Ray appears identical to his genetic template outside of coloring; his skin is golden/dark yellow, with white eyes, and cyan highlights on his white/gray boots and torso.
Powers and abilities[]
- Mutant ray physiology: Ray is subject to all advantages and drawbacks of being a giant anthropomorphic manta ray.
- Stinger tail: Despite being a manta ray and not a sting ray, Ray can sting enemies with his tail.
- Massive strength: Ray has incredibly large muscles, which he can leverage for an advantage in fights.
- Supersonic attacks: Ray can fire a wave of supersonic energy with his Sonic Wave attack.
