History[]
Mutant Mayhem[]
Ray is one of the many mutant experiments rescued by Superfly. With nobody else to guide Ray and the others through life, Superfly raised the mutants on his own, becoming a father figure and elder brother to them. After Superfly and his found family attempted to make contact with humans and were treated like monsters, Superfly was convinced - and convinced his family - that humans were the real monsters, piling on the slaying of his father as additional evidence.
So Superfly and his crew of mutants went to build a machine that would mutate all of the world's animals and allow them to overpower and eliminate humanity. Superfly preferred to work under the radar most of the time and hire human thugs to steal things for him, but when that wouldn't suffice, his family would use their talents.
When the Ninja Turtles decide to investigate and take down Superfly, they track him down and end up meeting him and his crew. However, once Superfly reveals his plan to the Turtles, they had to quickly fake getting on with his plan to save their necks. Superfly sent the Turtles with Rocksteady, Wingnut, and Mondo Gecko to deliver the final piece of his assimilator to their hideout at the boat graveyard at Staten Island. But during the trip, Ray and the group were betrayed by the Turtles, who tried to take the last piece to stop their plans, but an intense chase ensued, in which the Turtles were defeated.
Later, the Turtles arrived at Superfly's base with their Master Splinter, convincing Ray and the rest of the mutants to be accepted by humans in another way, managing to convince them to rebel against Superfly and try to destroy the assimilator, which turned his "brother" into a megamutant named Superduperfly. Ray and the group teamed up to fight the mega mutant, receiving help from the humans thanks to April O'Neil's report and were able to use the anti-ooze to defeat Superduperfly. Following the battle, Ray and the mutants were finally accepted and moved into the sewers with the Turtles and Splinter.
Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles[]
Raph vs. Water[]
When a flood was occurring, followed by some rumbling, Splinter sends Raphael, alongside Scumbug and Ray Fillet to check it out. During their trek to the sound, Ray swims through sewer water, to Raph's disgust. Eventually, they learn the sound was caused by a maintenance worker called Stephen, who was drilling underground to the Natural History Museum by order of the East River Three.
Donnie Goes Deep[]
Ray Fillet, Scumbug, and Raph rescue Donatello, Wingnut, and Leatherhead before the latter three tell them about the East River Three's plan.
The Pearl[]
Ray Fillet carries the bomb to Bad Bernie's yacht, where everyone works together to send the bomb towards the yacht and watch as it blows up.
