Ray Fillet is an ally of the TMNT who joins alongside them as well as April O'Neil, Casey Jones, and Sisyphus to help rescue Splinter in the Genesis version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters.
Ray is also a playable character in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Madness.
