Raphael is a 3.75" action figure made by Super7. It is done in the ReAction style, meant as a tribute to the classic Kenner style made popular in the 1980s. He is modeled after the original Raphael figure made by Playmates Toys. Part of Wave 1 with Bebop, Rocksteady and Leonardo.
