Billy, Tommy, and Alpha 5 are conferring with Zordon. The moment Master Splinter was ionized, Billy picked up a massive energy surge. When Zordon reminds them that Lord Zedd is very powerful, Billy tells them it wasn’t on the Moon. The surge, he says, came from an entirely different dimension in an unexplored region of space. Zordon asks to be sent the location so it can be cross-referenced with the archives. Alpha 5 interrupts to say two massive energy signatures are teleporting down from the Moon. One is in Sydney, Australia and they appear to be Tokka and Rahzar, both pulsing with morphin energy. The second is in Tōkyō, Japan and it’s Karai and Leatherhead. Both pairs have Z-Foot Soldiers with them and are already destroying the cities. MMPR/TMNT III issue 2
