-Rahzar and Tokka were two of the mutants created after Shredder unleashed mutagen at a zoo. They were first seen terrorizing a mall when the Turtles showed up. Rahzar destroyed [[Leonardo]]'s [[katana]] and threw him across the mall. When the Turtles almost captured Tokka, he destroyed a pillar and the pair managed to escape. Later that night, they found some food and began to eat. Unfortunantely, it was a trap set up by [[Dirk Savage]] to capture the duo and Tokka was captured. Rahzar managed to avoid capture and escape from Savage, vowing to make the human pay.
