An unreleased Bishop action figure intended for release in the Fast Forward toyline. It was displayed at toy shows, but ultimately ended up scrapped for release.
This unreleased TMNT Fast Forward figure by Playmates Toys had been shown at the NYC Toy Fair but never made it to store shelves.
