Summary[]
In the Tecnodromo, Shredder urges Bebop and Rocksteady to hurry up. Rocksteady complains that the piece of machinery they are carrying is heavy. Krang tells them all to hurry because they need to clear the portale dimensionale room. Bebop asks his buddy why the bosses need so much space. Rocksteady says they managed to tune into Dimensione X, where Krang comes from. Krang calls out that he found them and Shredder replies that’s remarkable.
Several flying vehicles comes through the portal, each carrying Guerrieri Di Pietra, the most massive soldiers in all of Dimensione X. A Captain salutes and tells Lord Krang that they are at his orders. Suddenly, alarms start to sound and Shredder rushes to the control panel. He shouts that the portal is overloading and the mass of warriors is excessive. Krang tells him to decrease the input wave or the controls may explode. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happens. Shredder asks what they do now and Krang tells him to calm down because several warriors managed to get through. Tough as they are, they still have enough to conquer the world. Captain says they wait for the signal to attack.
Later, in a pizzeria, the Turtles are seated at a table with a group of human friends. Michelangelo polishes off his pizza and says that makes eighteen. The young man next to him, stomach distended, burps. Michelangelo starts to order another, but Leonardo tells him not to be cruel, the title of pizza eating champion is still his. Suddenly, April O'Neil bursts into the restaurant and calls out to Leonardo that she finally found him. Michelangelo asks if something is wrong and she says that the city has been invaded. Before she can explain further, a trio of Guerrieri Di Pietra breaks down the door and orders everyone to put their hands up. Leonardo says that maybe they’re looking for a granite pizza.
The leader tells his sergeant to check the Turtle detector, which he does. He then asks the disguised heroes if they are the Ninja Turtles. Michelangelo answers that they are goldilocks and the three little bears. Donatello quotes “who ate my pizza?” The sergeant grabs Michelangelo by his jacket, lifting him off the ground. He tells the Turtle to stop talking back and come with them. Michelangelo asks if they are late, will Krang worry? April shouts at the warrior to unhand her friends. One of the young men says that lady is right and demands to know what they want from those boys. Another lad enters the room with a boom box perched on his shoulder, music spilling from the device.
The warrior tells the first young man to be silent or they’ll take him away too. Then he turns and tells the lad to explain his device. As he asks the question, he touches the boom box and the lad tells him that he’s turned the volume up. Music blasts from the boom box, as it’s been turned up to the max. Everyone grabs their ears until April manages to turn the music off. A smiling Donatello tells April to look at the rock heads and Leonardo calls it tubular, asking if the others saw it.
Shortly later, in a street in the center of the city, Guerrieri Di Pietra have gathered. One asks if the entire neighborhood is occupied. Another tells him yes and that he was about to notify the Tecnodromo. Captain is suddenly startled when someone calls out for the “marble pumpkins” to go away. He replies that he is pure basalt. A large crowd marches down the street towards them. They call out that they don’t want the warriors in their city. The Guerrieri Di Pietra laugh and ask how the people think they are going to send them away. Another says that they don’t even have a weapon.
Leonardo displays a boombox and turns the music on. Donatello exclaims that it works, music at full volume destroys the warriors. Everyone watches as the Guerrieri Di Pietra begin to crumble. Leonardo says that like the others at the pizzeria, these rockys can’t handle rock. Leonardo hands the boom box over to a couple of young people, who say they will turn the warriors into gravel. Donatello uses his bō to knock the helmet off a soldier and then Raffaello loans the warrior his Walkman. After he places the headset on the warrior’s head, the music disintegrates him. A man pushes his way through the crowd to where Michelangelo is standing and says this is going to take too long. Michelangelo asks if he has anything better to propose. The man indicates a large stereo setup and says he brought his super high-fidelity quadrophonic stereo on purpose. He turns up the volume, which destroys the Guerrieri Di Pietra still in the street.
April comes running up to the Turtles claiming victory and that the invader’s time is running out. Donatello asks where she’d gone. She says she was on Canale 6. Their news is informing all of New York that the invaders can’t stand music. After that, they will broadcast the last concert of the Steamrollers at full force. Michelangelo says that they couldn’t have chosen a more suitable band. Underground, in the Tecnodromo, Shredder shouts at Krang that his invincible soldiers were defeated by just a few notes. A crestfallen Krang asks how he was supposed to know, there is no music in Dimensione X. Rocksteady strolls by with his Walkman and an angry Shredder snatches the headphones off his head. Demanding the radio, Shredder grabs that as well and crushes it between his hands. He says he never wants to hear about rock again. Shredder storms off and Rocksteady kneels down to gather the broken parts, saying he was just listening to the weather forecast.
