Using the motorboat, Spats Sparkle and Dag follow April O'Neil into the Sewers of Amsterdam to take the Duchess Diamond of the Netherlands back from her handbag. There, they encounter the Turtles. Michelangelo throws his grappling hook after the motorboat, but Spats Sparkle cuts it with his knife and the jewel thieves escape with both April O'Neil and the jewel.
