[Opening sequence and theme song.]

[Episode opens inside the turtle’s lair. Donatello is adjusting the tuner which sits atop their television, while his brothers watch a wrestling match which is being broadcast from a planet filled with turtles.]

Raphael "Oh, wow! Wild Willy's got Rattin' Randy pinned!"

Leonardo "Randy can get out of a reverse double-arm back forelock anytime."

Michelangelo "No way, dude, Randy's history."

[The image changes to static, and then when the picture clears, it shows cows dancing.]

Leonardo "Hey, Donatello, turn the wrestling back on."

Donatello "Some weird solar wind is allowing us to pick up TV from other dimensions. My interdimensional tuner is able to search out the frequencies. Ooh, this is from the planet of the cows."

Raphael "Udder-ly fascinating."

[Donatello adjusts the tuner again and wrestling returns to the TV.]

Turtle Announcer "And now, from the Shell Dome, on the Planet of the Turtles, the World Federation of Intergalactic Combat Tag Team Wrestling."

Leonardo "Look, it's a wrestling match."

[Two bulky turtles, one wearing red and one in orange, defeat two smaller opponents.]

Turtle Announcer "The Flying Turtlenecker brothers have just thrown their opponents out of the ring."

Michelangelo "This is a bummer, dudes. What say we go out for pizza?"

Leonardo "I'm with you."

Donatello "Okay, but I'd still like to try to tune in more dimensions on the turtle band TV."

Michelangelo "I can hardly wait."

[Inside the Technodrome, Shredder and Krang are also watching the turtle wrestling match.]

Krang "Good! Now, kick them while they're down. This is marvelous, Shredder. How is it possible we're receiving broadcasts from another dimension?"

Shredder "Some interference from the dimensional barriers, I believe."

Turtle Announcer "We will return to Intergalactic Combat Wrestling after this word from our sponsor."

Rupert "Hello, friends. It's your old pal Rupert, here. Are you tired? Listless? Run down? I have here the solution for your problem. From world famous Turtlestein Laboratories, the one, the only, personal energy projector, or P-E-P, PEP!"

Krang "Personal energy projector?"

Rupert "You can use your personal energy projector to transfer energy from a plant to yourself.
[He zaps a plant.]

Gee, I feel great! And friends, this little baby will suck that old energy from animals, from people, from entire planets.
"

Krang "That's it! That's it!"

Commercial Announcer "To order your very own personal energy projector, just send nineteen ninety-five, that’s nineteen ninety-five, to Energy Transfer, Box 59, Turtle Dome Station."

Krang "With that personal energy projector, I can draw off the energy from Earth and use it to power the Technodrome. I want you to go there and get me that device."

Shredder "Leave the portal open. With this disturbance, I might not be able to get back otherwise.
[He dashes through the portal and appears on-set to grab the PEP.]

I'll take that.
"

Rupert "Sure, for nineteen ninety-five, you will."

[Rupert takes it from him, but Shredder jerks it out of his hands.]

Shredder "Don't be ridiculous. Villains don't pay for things."

Rupert "Yo, Hans! Fitz! Help!"

[The two large wrestlers appear. Both speak with German accents.]

Hans "Yah, Rupert. What is it?"

Rupert "Well, he's trying to steal my energy device."

[Hans and Fitz jump at Shredder, but he dodges to the side. The pair of wrestlers hit the wall.]

Both "Ooh!"

Rupert "Give me that!"

Shredder "It's all mine, now."

[Shredder and Rupert each pull on the PEP. Hans and Fitz fly at them and all four go through the portal.]

All "Whoa!"

Krang "Don't we have enough problems with turtles? Why did you bring this bunch here, Shredder?"

Shredder "I didn't bring them."

Hans "Ya. Where are we and who are you?"

Fitz "Ya, you better tell us quick, brain face, or we'll tie your tentacles in knots."

Hans "I'm Hans."

Fitz "I'm Fitz."

Hans "We are a mean—"

Fitz "Green—"

Both "Fighting machine!"

Krang "Shut up."

[He signals to a group of Foot soldiers, who surround the turtles, weapons drawn.]

Fitz "Well, if you put it that way."

Rupert "Just a minute, friend. You look like you're in need of my beauty overhaul device, or B-O-D, BOD. It turns frowns into smiles—"

Krang "Out! Out! I want to examine this personal energy projector."

Shredder "Here it is. But I don't think you can expect much for nineteen ninety-five."

[Krang attaches the projector to the Technodrome’s control console.]

Krang "I've got it.
[He fires it through the eye atop the Technodrome.]

It's working.
"

[In the turtle van, the turtles are on their pizza run.]

Michelangelo "Hurry, Leonardo. I've got a major case of the munchies."

[In the back of the van, Donatello fiddles with his tuner.]

Donatello "Aw, that solar wind must have shifted. I can't pick up Planet of the Turtles anymore."

Raphael "Well, how about tuning into planet of the humans for a change?"

[Donatello dials into April’s news report.]

April O’Neil "This is April O'Neil for Channel Six News. I'm up here in the revolutionary new garbage copter with the city's energy commissioner, Dalton Dumpski. Now, Commissioner, is it true that this garbage copter runs on the energy created from garbage?"

Dalton Dumpski "That's precisely right, April. It's a very inexpensive way to produce energy. I'm going to put some rotten bananas into the converter."

[The PEP hits the copter and it starts to go down.]

Donatello "Look at those blue rays."

April "Folks, we're having some engine trouble. Can you tell us what's happening, Commissioner?"

Dalton "Yes, we're going to crash!"

Leonardo "April's in trouble."

Donatello "The copter is over the city garbage dump."

[The copter starts flipping over and over.]

April "Aah!"

[The turtle van’s tires screech as it pulls into the dump.]

Michelangelo "Put the pedal to the metal, dude!"

Donatello "There's the garbage copter.
[The blue ray hits the van and it stops.]

That's it, guys. Whatever's in those blue rays has stopped us cold.
"

Leonardo "Come on!"

[The leave the van. The copter hits a pile of garbage and the passengers are thrown out of it.]

April "Ohh!"

Vernon "Uhh!"

Leonardo "April, are you okay?"

April "Ugh, I'm fine. But I thought you guys were supposed to rescue us."

Vernon "Oh! What happened? I'm covered with garbage."

Dalton "I don't understand. The converter couldn't have failed."

Donatello "It wasn't your converter. A blue ray hit your copter and our van, and they both stopped running."

[The blue ray hits the entire group.]

Michelangelo "Bogus, dudes! Here come those rays again!"

April "Interesting, but oh, I'm very tired."

[She collapses. Vernon yawns.]

Vernon "So am I."

Dalton "Oh, yes. Me, too. I can hardly move."

[He sinks down next to April and Vernon. All three are fast asleep.]

Leonardo "They've fallen asleep."

Michelangelo "It's those blue rays. It swept over 'em and bingo, dreamland."

Donatello "The rays must drain energy from machines and people."

Raphael "Carrying these three out of here is gonna drain our energy."

[The turtles carry the three sleeping humans.]

Donatello "I wonder why those rays haven't affected us."

Leonardo "Maybe because we're mutants."

Donatello "Makes sense.
[As the walk into the city, they see humans asleep everywhere.]

We'll take April to the lair, and the Commissioner and Vernon to Channel Six. Too much exposure to these rays could be dangerous.
"

[In the Technodrome, Krang watches PEP do its job.]

Krang "The personal energy projector has already drained more than half of all the energy from the Earth."

Shredder "Yes, thanks to my efforts."

[The turtles leave the Channel 6 building with April. Krang sees this on the Technodrome viewing monitor.]

Krang "What's that?"

Shredder "It's those blasted turtles. The personal energy projector hasn't affected them."

Hans "Ooh, little turtles."

Fitz "We hate little turtles."

Both "We crush little turtles!"

Krang "You'd like to fight those little turtles, would you?"

Hans "Ya, you betcha."

[The turtles have reached the sewers. April is now awake.]

April "Thanks, guys. I don't know what made me just fall asleep like that."

Donatello "Well, it's a long story."

Leonardo "But you're safe now."

[A portal opens right next to them. Hans and Fitz appear.]

April "Ahh!"

Hans "Come on, turtles. Ya, we wrestle you."

Michelangelo "Whoa, dudes, it's those turtle wrestlers."

Turtles "Let's turtle-ize 'em!"

[Hans and Fitz grab the turtles and pull them through the portal. April takes out her turtlecom.]

April "This is April calling Splinter. Emergency!"

Splinter "What is it, April?"

April "Two giant turtles just grabbed our turtles and jumped into a dimensional portal!"

Splinter "I am on my way, April."

[Hans and Fitz carry the turtles into the Technodrome.]

Leonardo "Uhh! Let go!"

Donatello "Put us down, you big turtle!"

Hans "Ya, we put you down."

[They drop the turtles.]

Turtles "Ow! Ohh! Uhh! Ohh!"

[Fitz laughs and presses the button on a remote. It creates a wrestling ring, surrounded by ‘ropes’ of electricity.]

Fitz "Come on, little shrimps. We'll fight you in the ring."

Michelangelo "Scope it out, dudes. We're in the Technodrome."

[Krang and Shredder appear on a monitor.]

Krang "Indeed you are, turtles. Take a good look around. It will be your last."

Leonardo "Krang!"

Donatello "Shredder!"

Shredder "Sorry I won't be able to personally participate in your destruction, but I'll be busy overseeing the destruction of the planet Earth. Ha, ha, ha!"

[The turtles are tossed into the ring.]

Turtles "Hey! Whoa! Aah! Whoa!"

[Hans and Fitz hop into the ring.]

Hans "We are a mean—"

Fitz "Green—"

Both "Turtle-destroying machine!"

[Splinter joins April in the tunnel. The portal is still open.]

April "Thank goodness you're here."

Splinter "The cosmic disturbance Donatello found must be causing problems with this portal. I must try to find the turtles."

April "I'm going, too.
[They enter the portal and arrive in the Technodrome.]

Wow, what a ride.
"

Splinter "We must find the Turtles. The danger to them and to Earth grows greater by the moment."

[Fitz manhandles Raphael, tossing him around and then throwing him to the floor.]

Raphael "Whoa! Yahh! Aah! Yahh! And to think, I used to like sports."

Krang "Soon my Technodrome will be at full power."

Shredder "And soon the Earth and the turtles will be just a memory. Oh, I love being a villain."

[April and Splinter arrive in an engine room. They watch workers in protective gear.]

April "This place is huge. How will we ever find the turtles?"

Splinter "We will because we must."

April "The Technodrome must be using the Earth's power."

Splinter "Time is of the essence. We must move more quickly. We can take on the appearance of our enemy."

April "But how?
[She steps out of hiding as two workers pass her hiding spot.]

Hi, I'm April O'Neil from Channel Six News. We're doing in-depth interviews with the movers and shakers here at the Technodrome, and your names came up.
"

[They follow her behind a pillar. There is the sound of struggling, and then Splinter and April step out carrying the workers’ gear.]

Splinter "Sometimes the direct approach is best."

[Shredder appears on the large monitor overlooking the wrestling ring.]

Shredder "Never mind that stupid wrestling. Take the turtles to the security sector."

Fitz "But we're not finished with them."

Shredder "You can fight them again tomorrow.
[Hans and Fitz toss the turtles into a holding cell. Rupert cowers in a corner of the cell.]

I have to be back to finish you off personally, turtles. But now, I know how much you'll enjoy my favorite show, "The End of the Earth”.
"

[He laughs as he activates a monitor in the cell. It shows an image of the Earth being drained by the PEP.]

Donatello "The Earth will be drained of all its energy if we don't do something."

Rupert "Don't be a rube, my friend. That personal energy projector is a piece of junk. A hype. A scam."

Raphael "Yeah? Looks like it's working pretty good to me."

Rupert "Sure it does. The thing works great for a few hours."

Michelangelo "Well, then what?"

Rupert "When that thing gets close to capacity, kabloo-oo-oo-ey!"

Turtles "Kabloo-oo-oo-ey?"

Donatello "Uh, could you be a little more specific?"

Rupert "Yeah, I'll try. The fella that invented these personal energy projectors told me the hyperstasis lock jams the flux capacitor and throws the whole thing into reverse. That'll blow this place, and your planet, into atoms."

Leonardo "Oh, no."

Donatello "You mentioned the man who made these. Can he stop it?"

Rupert "I don't know. But he's on the Planet of the Turtles, anyway."

Michelangelo "So, like, what do we do, amigos?"

Donatello "We've gotta get outta here and stop that energy transfer, while I get to the Planet of the Turtles and find a way to keep the whole thing from blowing up."

[Raphael breaks the fourth wall.]

Raphael "Excuse me, did you folks at home get that?"

[Michelangelo reaches out to touch the energy bars at the entrance to their cell. He receives a shock.]

Michelangelo "Ouch! Oh, bummer. We can't even get out of here."

Hans "I guess we showed those puny turtles, eh, Fitz?"

Fitz "For sure, Hans. We bounced them around, then locked them up.
[They both laugh. April and Splinter walk past, both in disguise.]

This Krang has puny workers, too.
"

Splinter "Those two said they had locked the turtles up. I know where the security section is. Come, April."

[Splinter and April arrive at the turtles’ holding cell.]

Leonardo "Here they come, fellas."

Raphael "There's only two. We can take 'em."

Splinter "I am glad you have not lost your ninja spirit, my students."

Donatello "Master Splinter!"

Michelangelo "April! How'd you get here?"

April "Hi, guys. Here, put these on. We'll explain later.
[She hands out suits. Rupert walks up.]

Oh, we don't have a suit for you.
"

Rupert "That's alright, friends. There's never been a situation I couldn't talk my way out of."

[Hans and Fitz stomp up to the cell and discover that it’s empty.]

Both "Prison break!"

Hans "Mr. Shredder..."

Fitz "The turtles, they have escaped!"

Shredder "Fools!
[Gets on the PA system.]

The turtles have escaped. Alert the Foot soldiers.
"

[Sirens blare. Foot soldiers and workers run right past the disguised turtles.]

Rupert "This Krang fellow could use a better security system. You know, I have a handy dandy home safety network I bet he'd be interested in."

Raphael "Don't try to sell it to him now, Rupert!"

Splinter "The portal chamber is to the right. Donatello, you and Rupert must go to the Planet of the turtles. We will try to stop the energy drain."

Leonardo "Then let's get ready for action."

[The turtles, Splinter, and April remove their disguises.]

Shredder "I've located the turtles. They're headed for the portal chamber."

[Splinter suddenly stops the group.]

Michelangelo "What is it, Sensei?"

Splinter "Leonardo, give me your katana."

[He takes the katana and tosses it in front of them. Lasers blast from both sides of the hall to blast the sword.]

Leonardo "Lasers!"

Michelangelo "Mondo nasty-oso, dudes."

[Donatello and Rupert arrive in the portal chamber.]

Donatello "The portal chamber. Now, to get to Planet of the Turtles. Rupert, what are the coordinates for the Planet of the Turtles?
[Foot soldiers enter and start firing at them.]

Rupert, the coordinates. Hurry!
"

Rupert "I--I--I don't know."

Donatello "You don't know how to get to your own planet? Now is a fine time to tell me."

Rupert "I thought so myself."

Donatello "Whoa! This should slow them down."

[He throws his . It spins around and sweeps the feet out from under the soldiers. The door opens and reinforcements arrive.]

Donatello "More Foot soldiers?"

Rupert "Let me have just one minute of your time, friend. I just happen to have the cure for what ails you.
[He takes a device from his pocket.]

The all-in-one, pocket-sized, portable portal. Thousands sold throughout the known universe. Batteries not included.
"

Donatello "Can the commercial, Rupert. Does it work?"

Rupert "You, too, can own one of these for only fourteen ninety-five."

Donatello "Now, Rupert!"

Rupert "Doh. Oka-a-a-ay!"

[He opens a portal. The soldiers are still firing on them.]

Donatello "Let's go!"

[They enter the portal and it closes behind them. The pair arrive at their destination.]

Rupert "Here we are. This week only, the Planet of the Turtles."

Donatello "Wow, what a neat place. Hey, what's that?"

Rupert "Well, this is a fast food joint."

[They walk up to the counter of the “Speedy Turtle”.]

Cafe Vendor "Uh, what'll it be?"

Donatello "Hey, this looks like a pizza. Is it pepperoni?"

Cafe Vendor "A what?"

Rupert "That's a dweeble bug. A real gourmet treat on the Planet of the Turtles!"

[The pizza looking bug walks away.]

Donatello "A bug? Oh, yuck! But we've gotta get to this Dr. Turtlestein's."

Rupert "Come on, we'll grab a taxi."

[He whistles and a flying taxi lands next to them. Inside the Technodrome, the other turtles, Splinter, and April run the halls in search of the PEP.]

Splinter "Krang must have the personal energy projector in his control room."

Michelangelo "And I'll bet Shredder and those giant turtle dudes'll be there, too."

Leonardo "We've got no choice."

Splinter "The control room is that way."

[They reach a shaft where large pods are going up and down on energy beams.]

Michelangelo "Hey, amigos, why don't we hitch a ride?"

Splinter "Michelangelo's suggestion contains much wisdom."

Leonardo "Now, jump!"

[They leap atop a pod. Donatello and Rupert arrive in the taxi at their destination.]

Taxi Driver "This is Doc Turtlestein's. That'll be three seventy-five."

Donatello "Three dollars and seventy-five cents?"

[He holds out cash.]

Taxi Driver "Three bugs and seventy-five insects."

Rupert "Dear golly gosh, all I've got is a worm. Do you have change?"

[Rupert presses the door buzzer at Doc Turtlestein’s. The door opens.]

Dr. Turtlestein "Uh, Rupert. What's up?"

Rupert "Doc Turtlestein, we've got problems with one of your personal energy projectors."

Dr. Turtlestein "Oh, not another one. Rupert, you were supposed to stop selling them."

Donatello "Doc, your device is being used to drain my planet of energy."

Dr. Turtlestein "Oh, that's the third planet this week. Uh, I can't keep up with all this."

Donatello "Dr. Turtlestein, isn't there anything you can do?"

Dr. Turtlestein "Well, I don't know. Come into my laboratory. Here's the last one I've got. The problem is, its internal power supply is so unstable that it just keeps drawing energy until it overloads. And then, kablooey!"

Donatello "Power supply. Power supply. If you had a stable power source, could you reverse the energy draw?"

Dr. Turtlestein "Hey, what do I know? I'm no rocket scientist."

Donatello "It just might work. It's gotta work."

[Krang and Shredder stand before their monitor, staring at Earth.]

Krang "We are almost finished."

Shredder "Earth is almost finished as well. As soon as we destroy Splinter and the Turtles, our work will be done."

Krang "And then, we will go into reruns! I guess."

Hans "What a place. There is nothing to do here."

Fitz "We need someone to wrestle."

Hans "Let's go tear apart those turtles."

[They head for the door, but it opens to the turtles, Splinter, and April.]

Raphael "Well, what an unpleasant surprise."

Shredder "The turtles! Hans, Fitz, take them apart."

Hans "With pleasure."

Fitz "This time, ninjas, we're going to pump you up."

[Hans presses the “H” initial on his belt and removes his shell. He throws it at the turtles. Hooks shoot out as it spins towards them. Michelangelo takes out his turtle line and hooks Fitz’ shell, yanking it off of him. He catches the shell and reaches inside to extract a ray gun.]

Michelangelo "Kowabunga! Surprise!"

[He blasts Hans’ shell and it blows apart.]

Hans "Hey!"

Michelangelo "Hey, yourself, jolly green giant."

[Hans starts crying.]

Hans "He broke my shell! He broke my shell!"

Fitz "I'll take care of him, brother. You go grow another shell."

Krang "Shredder, stop them. Stop them!"

[Splinter stands ready for Shredder.]

Shredder "You cannot stop me, old man."

Splinter "I have long awaited this moment, Shredder."

Shredder "I will defeat you once and for all! Ahh!"

[He pulls a blaster but Splinter disarms him. They begin to fight. Krang pushes buttons on his control panel.]

Krang "Why can you never find a Foot soldier when you want one?"

[Two Foot soldiers enter. Leonardo and Raphael smash their heads together.]

Leonardo "Bonsai! Good work, Raphael."

Raphael "You know, they just don't make Foot soldiers like they used to."

[Michelangelo is examining Fitz’s shell and it floats up. He jumps onto it and it flies across the room.]

Michelangelo "Whoa, they can't send the kid up in a crate like this."

Fitz "Well, give my shell back, shell back!"

Michelangelo "Mayday! Mayday! I'm goin' down!
[He crashes into Hans and Fitz.]

You've got your shell back, dude. Are you happy now?
"

Krang "The personal energy projector is overloading. Somebody do something!"

Shredder "I'm a little busy right now, Krang."

Krang "I'm not sticking around for the climax of his show."

[He leaves the control room.]

Raphael "Donatello had better get back here with a solution or—"

April "Kablooey."

Raphael "Bingo."

[The portal opens. Donatello, Rupert, and Dr. Turtlestein arrive.]

Donatello "Oh, we made it. The portable portal worked."

Dr. Turtlestein "Uh, I'm surprised. I-It was another one of my inventions."

[A warning siren blares on the control panel. Donatello runs over to it.]

Donatello "I hope there's time."

[Shredder charges and Splinter strikes him with his walking stick. Shredder falls, lands on some slick goo, and slides out of the room.]

Shredder "Ah! Whoa!"

Donatello "Here goes."

[He activates the portable device. The Technodrome starts shaking.]

April "It's happening! All that stored energy is about to blow up!"

Donatello "It's working. All the energy is going back to Earth."

[Energy shoots out of the Technodrome and into the planet. Everyone begins to wake up.]

Michelangelo "Way to go, Donatello!"

Leonardo "And now, to take care of Shredder and Krang!"

Dr. Turtlestein "Uh, not if you want to get back to Earth anytime soon. My portable portal is making some funny noises."

[He activates a portal.]

Donatello "Well, do we go home, or do we deal with Shredder and Krang?"

Raphael "Need you ask?"

[They enter the portal.]

Michelangelo "Later for those dudes."

Donatello "So long, Doc, Rupert."

Rupert "So long, fellas."

Dr. Turtlestein "Bon voyage."

[Back at the lair, the turtles share the couch and pizza as they watch April’s newscast.]

April "And Commissioner Dumpski has opened new horizons on the use of garbage as a source of energy."

Splinter "Turtles, come at once! We have an energy crisis."

Leonardo "What is it, Master Splinter?"

Donatello "Has Krang got that personal energy projector working?"

[Splinter opens the refrigerator. It is full of junk and cobwebs.]

Splinter "We have too much garbage around here because you turtles do not use your energy to remove it."

All "Oh, no! Yuck!"

Leonardo "Phoo!"
