While Shredder and his henchmen, Rocksteady and Bebop launch their dastardly plan to ride the Museum of Opulence if its treasures, report of a fifth Turtle circulate the city. When the Awesome Foursome catch up with this pint-size newcomer, they are surprised to find he's not a mutant at all, but a genuine reptile named Kerma from a Turtloid planet under attack. The Turtles hop in Kerma's rocket and head for his once peaceful planet where they join their fellow hardshells, fighting the major battle of the universe. But that's nothing compared to what they discover is happening back on earth!
