[Opening sequence and theme song.]
[The episode opens where the previous one left off. The Turtles and Kerma are standing outside the high council chambers of Shell-Ri-La as a large two-headed dragon approaches the city’s protective dome.]
Donatello "That’s your little problem?"
Kerma "Uh, yes, I’m afraid it is. We Turtleoids call him Herman the Horrible."
Raphael "Why would you want to call him at all?"
Herman’s left head "I have something new for you miserable Turtleoids."
Herman’s right head "We used brute force yesterday. I thought we agreed we were going to try cunning and subterfuge today."
Herman’s left head "Brute force is more macho."
Herman’s right head "Attention Turtles of Shell-Ri-La. Herman the Horrible here. Before my other half launches a devastating attack with his new weapon, you should really consider how much easier this would be if you’d give yourselves up. No? Are you sure? It might go easier for you."
Herman’s left head "Come on, let’s get on with it."
Herman’s right head "All right, Turtleoids. Don’t say I didn’t warn you."
[They begin firing a bombardment of missiles which strike but do not penetrate the dome shield. Herman turns to fly away with one last warning.]
Herman’s right head "So, do consider surrendering."
Raphael "Who are-- I mean, is that bozo?"
Kerma "Herman has been attacking us for months. He wants to get at our gold machine to weaken our power so that he might rule us."
Michelangelo "But why so nervioso, dude?"
Donatello "Yeah, it’s obvious that creature can’t break through your force dome."
Kerma "Which is quickly running out of power. Herman’s weapons grow more powerful with each passing day. It’s only a matter of time before he breaks through our shield. Now come, the high council of Shell-Ri-La awaits you."
[Back on Earth, a Transport Module drills up through a city street and Shredder steps out, followed by Bebop and Rocksteady, who has April O'Neil slung over one shoulder.]
Bebop "Always nice to be back in town."
[More Transport Modules drill up through the street.]
Shredder "Especially on this night. By daybreak, the entire city will be ours."
[Hundreds of Foot Soldiers pile out of the Transport Modules. Shredder looks up at Chrome Dome.]
Shredder "Have the Foot Soldiers round up all the steel they can find. Bring it to Median Park at once."
Chrome Dome "I obey.
Foot Soldiers, follow me."
[He marches off.]
Foot Soldiers, follow me."
