TMNTPizzaQuest

The Turtles need to work together to take down multiple enemies! Play as Michelangelo, Raphael, Donatello, and Leonardo and take down baddies in the mean streets of New York City.

Pizza Quest is an RPG for internet browsers. While its page says it's a Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game, it's actually based on the 2012 incarnation.

Gameplay[]

The four turtles (plus an optional ally character) work together to fight their way through enemies of ever-increasing difficulty. The gameplay is turn-based, with all the ally characters getting an action, then any enemies that remain take theirs. When all the enemies are defeated, the level is cleared and you move on to the next. If any of your allies have their HP reduced to zero, they are removed from play and cannot be brought back without returning to the lair. Every fifth level, a boss is encountered. Progress is saved for every ten levels cleared.

On their turn, each turtle can attack, defend, or use one of their unique abilities, provided they have the AP to do so:

  • Leonardo can use Warrior's Protection to take any hits that target other teammates.
  • Raphael can use Ninja Swipe for a chance to steal an item from an enemy.
  • Michelangelo can use Pizza Party! to heal a percentage of an ally's HP.
  • Donatello can use Dervish Dance to attack all enemies at once.

Ally characters do not have their own unique abilities, but can obtain them from equipping certain pieces of gear.

Each turtle can equip one of a number of weapons of increasing power, each with their own unique bonuses. They can also equip up to two pieces of gear that can give them extra bonuses or abilities. Ally characters do not have a weapon slot, but instead can equip up to three pieces of gear. In the lair, any gold acquired from battle can be spent on lair upgrades that can power up the turtles or their allies, unlock more allies to battle with, or give other benefits.
