Phil Lamarr

Phillip James "Phil" LaMarr (born January 24, 1967; 57 years old) is an American voice actor, and former improv and sketch comedy actor. He was once part of the improv comedy group The Groundlings, and later became one of the original cast members of the long running sketch comedy series, Mad TV from 1995-2000.

He has had an extensive voice acting career, and his best known voice roles include the Green Lantern in Justice League, Hermes Conrad in Futurama, the title characters on both Samurai Jack and Static Shock, and Wilt from Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends.

He has also done voice work for video games, such as: Metal Gear Solid 2 and Metal Gear Solid 4, the Jak and Daxter series, Darksiders series, Final Fantasy XII, inFAMOUS series, Dead Island series, and the Mercenaries series.

Phil did additional voices in the film TMNT, and is the voice of Baxter Stockman in the 2012 TV series. He also voiced Jupiter Jim for Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
