Pete Teriano is a "liberal" United States senator who dresses up as Pteranoman to fight crime. He appeared in Teen Techno Turtle Trio Plus One!, chastising Splicer and the titular Turtles for bringing scientific implements to Dinosaur Peninsula, which is a strictly "no-science peninsula". He later appeared in his own one-shot comic and other assorted stories written by his creator, Don Simpson.
