Pete is a mutant pigeon who is friends with the Ninja Turtles.
History[]
At some point, M. Bison and/or Baxter Stockman captured Pete to syphon off his Psycho Power for their Psycho Bomb.
As the Turtles and their new Street Fighter friends began freeing the fighters that the villainous duo had captured, one turns out to be Pete, much to Michelangelo's surprise. He hugs Mike, who says he didn't know he was there, and Pete says he didn't know he was there, either. He then meets another freed fighter, Rufus, who introduces himself the same way Pete does ("Hi! I'm Pete!", "Hi, I'm Rufus!"). TMNT vs. Street Fighter #4
