Raphael and the Personality Transmogrifier.
The Personality Transmogrifier is a device used by Mr. Big and Little Huey in the 1987-1996 series episode Raphael Drives 'Em Wild. They plan to use it to kidnap the Premier of Vadeem, but instead Raphael and Oscar temporary switch minds.[1]
