Partners in Kryme (PIK) was a 1990s hip-hop group from New York. Their first single, "Turtle Power", was written, produced and performed by PIK and featured in the original movie Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. “Turtle Power” became a worldwide hit record and a Gold and Platinum song in the US and UK. The song was also used on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows (video game).
PIK wrote and produced the single "Love 2 Love U" for Vanilla Ice for the Soundtrack and Movie "Cool As Ice."
PIK recently released a new song called "Rock The Halfshell" to celebrate the 1990 film's 25th anniversary. "Rock the Halfshell" was not produced for or in association with anybody involved with the TMNT, but served as a love-letter from PIK to the franchise.
