The episodes "Tower of Power"[1] and "Rust Never Sleeps"[2], and parts of "Turtles on the Orient Express" from the 1987 TV series are set in Paris.
The "Too Hot to Handle" episode has statues melting in the Paris Wax Museum.
The episode "Turtles to the Second Power" has Dregg's attack monsters appearing in Paris, near the Eiffel Tower.
In the IDW comics, Donatello wishes to visit there someday.
