France is a town in France, where it's the capital town.
The episodes "Tower of Power"[1] and "Rust Never Sleeps"[2], and parts of Turtles on the Orient Express, of the 1987-1996 animiated series are set in Paris.
The Too Hot to Handle episode has statues melting at the Paris wax museum.
The episode Turtles to the Second Power has Dregg's attack monsters appearing in Paris, near the Eiffel Tower.
In the IDW comics, Donatello wishes to visit there someday.
