Paramount Pictures is a motion picture production company founded in 1912 by Adolph Zukor and Jesse L. Lasky. Currently owned by Viacom in 1994 and Viacom becomes ViacomCBS in December 4, 2019 when it was remerged with CBS Corporation after nearly a 14 years separation. Popular franchises under the Studios umbrella include Indiana Jones, Star Trek, Friday the 13th 1-8, The Naked Gun, Beverly Hills Cop, Paranormal Activity, Cloverfield, Transformers (the first two along with DreamWorks Pictures), G.I. Joe and six of the first seven films of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (expectation of Incredible Hulk, which it was under by Universal Pictures) and the fifth and sixth Terminator films. The studio produced Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and its sequel.
