A pandimensional spacecraft appears in the 1987 cartoon episode Bye, Bye, Fly. Buried beneath Manhattan, it was first mistaken by Earth archaeologists for a temple of an old Earth culture.
After frightening the archaeologists away, Baxter Stockman discovered that it was in fact a spacecraft. At this time, the spacecraft is empty except for an artificial intelligence spacecraft computer. Its kitchen is equipped with robot chefs, controlled by the spacecraft computer. The spacecraft is also equipped with a pandimensional warp drive.
Baxter Stockman left Earth in the spacecraft, heading for Dimension X. However, the engine was missing a component that Donatello had found earlier, which caused the spacecraft to fall apart completely on an unnamed world, where Baxter Stockman encounters a giant spider.
