The Pan Galactic Alliance despite it's name is a multi galaxy federation with parliamentary form of governing, Bishop is it's president and Earth is it's capital, it evolved from the Earth Protection Force. It completely controls a lot of galaxies it appears in Ninja Turtles: Fast Forward. It is also a Universal Super Power and it is the biggest state in universal history.
Origins
The Pan Galactic Alliance was born in and when Bishop, the head of the EPF, was saved by an Alien. (Agent Bishop who was bent on defending Earth against alien invasions and he was xenophobic towards most Alien races at the time.) This caused him to rethink his views on Aliens. If one alien could have mercy to save him, than how could he do any less. .turns out the where fleeing tyranny from there native civilizations and as result he made alliances with other civilizations to librate them.
Government
Governmental Congress
The Government of the Pan Galactic Alliance is a large governing congress that meets in the PGA headquarters tower the apparently are also judges. Key leading members sit behind a large head table from which final decisions, are carried out.
Arm Forces
The PGA's armed forces are quite vast and skilled, and are more powerful than the EPF. Solders wear inner and outer power armor they can deploy with inner armour in emergency There are a lot of solders that are well equipped, well armed, and well trained. The plasma gun is very powerful it power is 36 more powerful than darus dunn guns it is classfied by other planets as heavy vechcle blastor cannon every solder is equipped with one the plasma gun baxter stockmen who join it made the gun three times as powerful and smaller Bishop's body guard is in the Pan Galactic Alliance Army. They do possess an aerospace navy. It military combines all the pan galactic alliances races arm forces, so they are all volunteer.they are currently at war with 24 races.and a small squad of there forces is considered a small army.
