Dr. Pamela Lillian Isley was a botanist who, after a lab accident, gained the power to control plants and led a secret life as the eco-terrorist Poison Ivy. Her extraordinary powers and consistent violent tendencies have made her a staple enemy in Batman's rogues gallery. She is also partners-in-crime with Harley Quinn.

The Clown and The Clan[]
Just as the Turtles, April O'Neil, Batman, Batgirl and Robin all discover that they are on the same side, a woman comes screaming out of the woods of Central Park. She is being pursued by Snakeweed but is quickly rescued by Leonardo and Batman. When Leo states that Snakeweed is their problem, another person joins the mutant and Batman says this one is his. It is Poison Ivy, apparently working in concert with Snakeweed.
Greener on the Other Side[]
While battling Snakeweed, it becomes clear that he is being controlled by Poison Ivy. Her power has given him the ability to evolve, which includes dropping an impenetrable shield over his heart to protect it. While everyone else keeps Snakeweed busy, Raphael and Robin chase down Poison Ivy. She manages to ensnare them in plant vines. Robin tells Raph that the one thing all of the dead plants in his dorm have taught him is that plants don't like being overwatered. He unleashes a batarang to cut Raph free and the Turtle immediately tackles Poison Ivy into the lake. Raph holds her underwater until she's unconscious. Once she loses consciousness, she can no longer control Snakeweed and he goes down. Raphael then carries Poison Ivy to the Central Park portal and drops her back into Gotham City.
