Pamela Isley, better known as Poison Ivy, is a notorious criminal in Gotham City who is obsessed with plants. At some point prior to the events of Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, she was captured and placed in Arkham Asylum, where she was held with several other dangerous individuals.

When the Joker took over the Asylum, Isley was one of several individuals he freed, before spraying them with mutagen. Isley mutated a mutant plant-like monster, a change that she very much enjoyed.

When Raphael, Michelangelo and Robin took refuge in a room in the asylum, they found themselves confronted with Isley. She attempted to kill them but found out that they were just a few inches outside her reach, and she was unable to move closer because of her roots. She became agitated as the Turtles and the boy simply exited the room, remaining outside her grasp.

Though it is not shown, Isley was presumably demutated by the police after the retromutagen was found to work.

• Poison Ivy's voice actress, Tara Strong, also voices Harley Quinn in the same film.
• In the comics, she became a mutant praying mantis.
