Overdrive is a member of H.A.V.O.C in the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon. He is often seen with Amok and Raptor. He was voiced by Cam Clarke.
History
Overdrive rescuded the turtles from some policemen, and then, alongside Amok, led them to the H.A.V.O.C. headquarters. The turtles eventually learned Overdrive and the rest of H.A.V.O.C. was evil, and battled him. They would have several showdowns with him and Amok over the rest of the season.
