The Shredder is an evil ninja who is an enemy of the Ninja Turtles.
History[]
At some point, M. Bison had captured Shredder to utilize in Psycho Power experimentation. His cohort in this plan, Baxter Stockman, was unaware of this.
During Raphael and Chun-Li's escape attempt, Bison threw Raph into Shredder's holding tank, damaging it. Shredder was able to break free, surprising and horrifying Stockman that Bison would dare bring this threat into their midst. TMNT vs. Street Fighter #3
Baxter flees while Shredder takes out hordes of Bison Troopers. He runs into the Turtles, who force him to take them back to his and Bison's base. When they arrive, Shredder sees the Turtles and assumes the Hamato Clan are behind his incarceration. Despite Leonardo's protests that it's Stockman's doing (which it also wasn't), Shredder calls them liars and attacks them. Leo, Ryu, and Jennika attack Shredder and are felled. After getting a second wind, Jenny attacks him again, and Shredder accuses her of being a traitor before knocking all of them down again. TMNT vs. Street Fighter #4
Relationships[]
- Hamato Clan: Unlike his mainstream IDW counterpart, this version of Shredder never made amends with the Ninja Turtles/Hamato Clan, and never allied with them against the Rat King, despite the events of this story taking place after a version of The Armageddon Game.
- Jennika: Shredder calls Jennika a traitor, and she tells Ryu that he was her "old boss". In the mainstream IDW continuity, the only times Shredder encountered Jennika since his death and resurrection were as an ally.

- This character is an adaptation of Oroku Saki, first created by Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman. This version was developed by Paul Allor and Ariel Medel for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles vs. Street Fighter.
