Shredder is the leader of the immoral ninja clan known as the Foot Clan and primary antagonist of the Ninja Turtles.
History[]
Shredder and his second-in-command Karai recruited Thomas Oliver into the Foot Clan. Karai was unaware that Tommy was a Power Ranger, but Shredder knew all along and bringing Tommy into the fold was an effort to get his hands on the boy's powers.
Upon confirming Tommy as a Foot Elite, Tommy finds Tyler, a young man who Tommy had gone looking for on behalf of his father, within Shredder's ranks. Tyler turned out to be loyal to the Foot and ratted him out to Shredder, who put Tommy in a cage and coaxed him into morphing, to show Shredder how it worked. Shredder blasted Tommy and took his Power Morpher. Rita Repulsa sensed that someone new had used her Dragonzord Power Coin and went to confront him. Shredder then morphed into the Green Ranger in front of her.
