Orkai is the evil Daimyō appearing in Distractions. He sends his son Tachi to kill Lord Toshiro and kidnap his daughter, Tai to marry, so that Orkai can take over Toshiro's lands.
Orkai has a monstrous appearance, and is called a demon by Toshiro, but his son seems to be completely human. Orkai also commands some sort of dinosaur monster.
After Michelangelo frees Tai, Toshiro banishes Orkai and Tachi under threat of death if they ever return. The events are then revealed to be a story written by Michelangelo.
