In the TMNT x Stranger Things crossover comic The Tourists, Original Rupert's Pizza is a local restaurant that the kids from Hawkins come across while exploring New York City during a field trip.
While they are waiting for Eleven to join them, Dustin suggests that they grab a slice of pizza. Max reminds him that it's eight o'clock in the morning, but Lucas says it's never too early for a New York slice. Other patrons can be seen at the takeaway window and inside. When Eleven does arrive, Dustin can be seen munching on pizza.
