Oopsie is an alien of the Fnorb Federation who appears in the TMNT comic strips.

Hideous Brain Munching Alien Beastie[]
After the Hideous Brain Munching Alien Beastie gives up on the idea of munching on mutant Turtle brains, he departs from Earth, but not before leaving behind an egg. Michaelangelo becomes very protective of the egg, and even though his brothers think it’s evil, he says all it needs is a little love and caring. He goes off to get the watering can so he can water the egg. While he’s gone, the egg hatches and the creature inside leaps at Leonardo. Rather than trying to eat his brain though, it wraps itself around Leo and calls him “mommy”.
Leo shouts for Mikey, who enters the kitchen to find Leo surrounded by baby bottles and holding baby Oopsie. Leo tells his brother that they are going to need ten thousand more gallons of formula and another ton of strained peas. Mike takes on the job of surrogate parent, but it isn’t long before he’s begging Leo to help him because he can’t take changing any more alien diapers. Leo tells him they have to get rid of the baby alien because it’s eating them out of house and home. The only food they have left is in the secret storeroom, the one full of dehydrated food. Suddenly they hear a loud noise and rush to the secret storeroom, where they discover that Oopsie has puffed up to ten times her size.
With his brothers still urging Mike to do something about Oopsie, he finds that she’s gone missing. He begins searching everywhere for her, even going so far as to offer a billion dollar reward and selling Raphael’s comic book collection to Bebop and Rocksteady. Raph takes Mike to Mario Chan’s Ninja Equipment and Pizzeria, where owner Master Mario Chan offers the assistance of his number one son, Luigi-Sing in their search for Oopsie.
A search through the sewers brings Raph, Mike, and Luigi-Sing into contact with Shredder, who is holding Oopsie hostage. He threatens Oopsie until the baby alien chomps his arm and forces Shredder to drop her. Mikey catches Oopsie and then the group finally parts from Shredder.
Oopsie Returns[]
When Mike, Raph and Luigi-Sing return to the lair, they find it’s been wrecked and that Splinter, Donatello and Leo have been kidnapped by Nacho Dragon. It is after an adventure that finally brings the three home that Mike realizes Oopsie is missing again.
Oopsie suddenly reappears, but now she is fully grown. She decides she should contact her people and establish a rendezvous. Using the phone in the lair, she calls her father, the Hideous Brain Munching Alien Beastie. It takes him a while to realize who she is, but then immediately thinks that she’s overthrown Earth’s government, conquered their world. He tells her he’s sending a warship to pick her up and claim the planet in the name of the Fnorb Federation. After the Alien Beastie hangs up the phone, Oopsie starts crying and rushes to Leo to tell him what’s happening. Leo assigns Don the task of creating a spaceship with anti-gravity propulsion in order to fight the Fnorb warship. Oopsie assists Don and soon the Turtles’ spaceship is on a rooftop.
Two Fnorbian soldiers arrive on Earth and are greeted by Oopsie. They address her as “Princess” and tell her that her wish is their command. Though they want to vacation on Earth, Oopsie orders them to return to the Fnorbian Homeworld with her. She and Mike exchange tearful farewells and the Fnorbian trio depart.
