One of our Turtles is Missing! is a comic in the Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles Adventures comics, published by Fleetway Publications in Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles Adventures issue 25.
The turtles are sewer surfing with Donatello's new wave machine. It overheads and explodes, sending Donatello splashed away by the water, and swept ashore at the beach.
Donatello wakes up with amnesia, and is captured by Shredder who presents himself as Mr. John Smith. He has Donatello inventing weapons for him.
Shredder also captures the other turtles, placing them in the "Turtle Crusher" machine inside the Technodrome. Before the crush is activated, Michelangelo manages to throw a pizza piece to Donatello. Eating it, Donatello remembers who is is again, and together the turtles defeat Shredder.[1]
