Oliver Vaquer (often credited as Oliver Vacquer) is an actor and writer who provided the voice of Donatello in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Brothers Unite and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014 3DS game). He latter voiced Guy Flambé in Rise of the TMNT cartoon series and Dr. Boringson in Rise of the TMNT: The Movie.
