Octavius Ogilvy is an old businessman, who apepars in the episode Corporate Raiders from Dimension X of the 1987 TMNT cartoon. He's hearing impaired, and has to use a hearing aid. When it doesn't work, Shredder, Krang, Bebop and Rocksteady can't hypnotize him like the other businessmen. Instead, he's locked up in a room. Donatello fixes the hearing aid, and Octavius Ogilvy regrets working with Shredder.
